Q. I haven't received my products yet?
We are working very closely with our local post office and DHL to ensure that products are shipping in a timely manner. The postal service and DHL are currently operating with smaller staff's due to the Coronavirus.
Please know that we are doing everything within our power to get your products shipped as quickly as possible. If you have additional questions or concerns, please reach out to us at customerservice@adesseny.com
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays. If placing an order on the weekend or national holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day. All orders received by 12:00 PM EST will ship the same day. All items in the United States will be shipped via USPS mail. International shipments will be shipped via DHL Express.
FREE shipping on all US orders $35 and over are shipped USPS Ground 3-5 day shipping.
Products are shipped from our distribution center in Upper Saddle River, NJ. Once processed, orders should arrive within 3–5 days.
It is critical that you enter your correct, valid address when placing your order. If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and you don't receive it because of a wrong address or moved without notifying us, and the package is returned back to our warehouse, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for your package.
HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS?
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition; including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. We cannot refund shipping unless an error was made by our order processing team. Shipping will be charged on any replacement products.

To request a return, please contact our customer service by email at CustomerService@AdesseNY.com, we require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.) Full name, address, e-mail address, order number and your reason for returning the merchandise.
If your products were damaged during shipment, please save the box and its contents and contact us at CustomerService@AdesseNY.com. We will contact the carrier and your damaged products will be replaced.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: items must be unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES INFORMATION
Our prices do not include VAT, GST or other country taxes.
Adesse New York's terms of sale for international orders are FOB destination. This means that the customer pays all duties or taxes in your country if applicable. As we are shipping these products all over the world, it is impossible for us to build in the various duties, VAT and GST tax for each location.

For international customers who are required to pay customs, you will receive an email from your local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Once you make that payment to the customs broker your order will be processed for final delivery.

Adesse New York’s 12 Free Formula is made without the 12 most harmful ingredients including, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Camphor, Triclosan, Sulfates, Xylene, Parabens, Phosphates, GMO’s or Triphenyl Phosphate.
Q. Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping in the US only on orders over $35.
Q. How Long Will My Order Take To Ship To Me?
We ship using First Class US Postal Service. This usually takes 3-5 days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands take 5 to 11 business days.
Q. Do You Ship To Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada Using DHL Express.
Q. After Placing My Order, How Long Does It Take To Ship Out Of Your Facility?
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). We try to ship all orders that come in before 2:00 PM the same day. Orders placed on holidays or weekend days will be processed the following business day

Yes, we are Vegan, Gluten Free, PETA and Leaping Bunny Certified Cruelty Free and Made in the USA.
Q. What Is Vegan?
Vegan means that our products do not contain ingredients derived from animals.

Gluten free means that they do not contain ingredients derived from wheat, barley, oats or rye.
Q. Does The Nail Polish Remove With Regular Nail Polish Remover?
Removes easily with regular nail polish remover.
Q. Do I Need A Light To Dry The Nail Polish?
Adesse New York is a fast-drying nail polish that does not require a UV or LED lamp.
Q. Do Your Nail Polish Colors On The Website Accurately Show The True Colors?
We have taken every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on our site. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Q. What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Q. Can Changes To My Order Be Made Once I Have Placed My Order?
Once an order has been placed and you have received your confirmation email, we are unable to make changes to your order. Once an order has begun processing for shipment, any changes must be initiated and facilitated via return or exchange.
Q. Can I Use Multiple Promo Codes At Checkout?
You can use only one promo code per order.
Q. I Entered The Code For A Gift With Purchase, But The Gift Isn't Displaying On The Confirmation Email. Will I Receive The Gift?
When the promo code is entered at checkout, the gift with purchase will automatically be added to your shipment.
Q. I Received My Confirmation Email, But It Does Not Include My Promo Code Discount. Will It Still Be Applied To My Purchase?
Due to our shipping platform’s system limitations, it will not appear on your order confirmation email, but will show on your invoice and in your account once you log-in.
Q. Do You Test On Animals?
No, we never test on animals and neither do any of our vendors. We are a PETA and a Leaping Bunny Certified Cruelty Free brand and we update our certification annually.
Q. Do You Accept Returns?
We accept returns on orders within 30 days of the order date. The products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Q. What Is Your Refund Policy?
Refunds are issued once the return order has been received and inspected. You will be refunded within 5 days that we receive the return and determine that return has been unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Email customerservice@adesseny.com with any questions.
Q. How Do You Handle Exchanges And Return Shipping Costs?
All exchanges and returns are shipped at the customer’s expense.
