Sheer + Glitter = The Summer’s Hottest Must Have Look

This summer’s hottest look is sheer + glitter because somehow, that unique combination of demure and sparkle is everywhere from the Hamptons to SoHo and everywhere in between. This trend is heating up summer.

In last month’s blog, we featured sheer pairings for lip and cheek with three distinct looks in neutral, pale rose and coral. I personally love easy, portable make up for my busy summer months because it’s easy to travel with and just gives that perfect hint of sun kissed color.

To compliment our gorgeous sheer pairings, I came up with some ideas for complimentary nails spotlighting our Organic Infused Glitter polish. These are super easy to wear and add amazing sparkle to your mani.

I love to start with a coat of Brightening Base Coat to give my nails that healthy, fresh from the spa look. Next, I love to apply my glitter by dabbing it onto my nails. My favorite thing about our glitters is that they can be as soft or as bold as you like just by adjusting the amount you apply.

For sophisticated neutral nails, we love Illumination and Limoncello for a hint of sparkle.  For soft rose nails, we love Cosmopolitan and Pink Sugar. Can’t decide? Mix and match both. For warm coral nails, we love Carnivalesque. It combines a multitude of colors and shapes that look amazing.

Once your glitter is dry, I recommend finishing it off with our Diamond Shine Top Coat. This seals in your glitter, extends the wear of your mani and gives it incredible shine.
